REALISM UNIT
SPECIALIZATION BADGES
Outside regular trainings, our unit provides an array of specialization courses for our members.
Any member, with the rank of Guardsman or higher, is eligible to participate in the courses.
Members are required to complete the Combat Qualification Course, before they can apply for specialized courses.
Tankers are required to complete the Basic Tanker Course, in order to be a full pledged tanker.

Combat Rifle Qualification
Awarded to all members who complete the CRQ course. The CRQ is mandatory for infantry to participate in further specialization courses and receive promotions.
Drill Instructor
Awarded to all members of the Training Department. Instructors must hold at least the rank of L/Sgt. in order to become a drill instructor.
Qualified Combat Medic
Awarded to all members who successfully completed the Medic Specialization Course. Members who wear the badge receive priority for the Medic kit during events.
Qualified Machine Gunner
Awarded to all members successfully completed the Machine Gunner Specialization Course. Members who wear the badge receive priority for the MG kit during events.
Qualified Mortar Operator
Awarded to all members successfully completed the Mortar Specialization Course. Members who wear the badge receive priority for the Mortar kit and mortar emplacements during events.
Qualified Anti-Tank Gunner
Awarded to all members successfully completed the Anti-Tank Course. Members who wear the badge receive priority for the AT kit and AT emplacements during events.
Qualified Marksman
Awarded to all members successfully completed the Marksman Specialization Course. Members who wear the badge receive priority for the Marksman kit during events.
Qualified Combat Engineer
Awarded to all members successfully completed the Combat Engineer Specialization Course. Members who wear the badge receive priority for the Sapper and Logistics kit during events.
Signals and Radioman
Awarded to all members successfully completed the Signals and Radioman Specialization Course. Members who wear the badge receive priority for the Radioman kit during events.
Qualified Driver
Awarded to all members successfully completed the Tank Driver Specialization Course. Members who wear the badge receive priority for driving tanks during events.
Qualified Gunner
Awarded to all members successfully completed the Tank Gunner Specialization Course. Members who wear the badge receive priority for being the tank gunner during events.
